Return Policy

Regular Customers:
There is a 14 day return policy for items that are damaged and/or malfunctioning due to the fault of the manufacturer. There is a 40% restocking fee for non defective item returns and the Buyer pays return shipping. GilHappiness is not liable for any items lost in transit to GilHappiness. Please make sure that you use a reliable & trackable shipping method. Please also note that customers who are not from the United States are responsible for custom fees such as taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc.


Authorized retailers and Wholesalers:
There is a 30 day return policy. Before you return the merchandize, you must submit a RMA application form. Upon reviewing your application, if the manufacturer is at fault, a replacement will be sent, however if that is not possible, a credit allowance will be made. After you have received a rma confirmation number, the dealer must send the rma confirmation number with the returned products to receive their credit allowance/replacements.
